STUDENT EVALUATİON AND MEASUREMENT SYSTEM

Our school has a standard student evaluation and measurement system. An academic advisor is assigned for each student every year. Under the guidance of an academic advisor, students choose their courses, they receive counseling for academic development.

Courses are listed in the course of each section, semester system is implemented. Students must attend lectures, laboratory and practical applications, seminars and take all exams. Students’ achievements of homeworks and in-class exam applications are added to the assessment by the instructors. Midterm and final exams are evaluated according to the system 100. After the exam instructors save stıdents’ grades in Gazi University Center Student Affairs Registration System. This system has a standard grading system. Grades are converted into letter grade basis from numerical grade. The passing grade is up to AA to CC, DD means failure. DC is the conditional status. If students have at least the average grade 2.00, they can pass conditional courses.
