Purpose of the Program and Working Fields

 

1. In the first 3 years after graduation, 80% of our students are employed as nurses in protective, therapeutic and rehabilitative fields by use effective communication skills to meet the health care needs of the individual, family and community, in line with the nursing process with a holistic approach, by observing professional ethical principles and values, they

2. Within 3 years after graduation, he/she continues his/her professional development in the fields of education, practice, management and research with the awareness of lifelong learning. In this context;

 

  • Five percentageof our graduates continue their education in nursing graduate education programs.
  • Twenty percentage of our graduates continue their development by participating in certificate and vocational training programs that will provide them with special competence in their fields of work.

3. With their innovative practices based on scientific data and technology, they take role on their educator, researcher and leader roles that will guide the development of care and the profession within a team understanding. In this context;

  • Ten percentage of our graduates are involved in different departments of education and administrationto carry out health care in the institutions they work,within 5 years from the date they started to work,
  • Within 5 years following graduation, 5% of our graduates take part in scientific research processes that will improve nursing care and scientific knowledge in the institutions where they work.
