The webinar on "Need Determination in Curriculum Development", organized by the Nursing Department Education Program Working Group for academic staff, was held on 02.02.2022 at 14:00. During the webinar moderated by Assoc. Prof. Sevil Guler, Dear Asst. Prof. Hale Sezer from Izmir Bakircay University, Faculty of Health Sciences, Nursing Department, took part as a speaker. In the content of the training; components of the training program, needs determination approaches and methods in education, needs analysis and reporting. At the end of the webinar, certificate of appreciation was presented to Dear Asst. Prof. Hale Sezer.
