Two visiting faculty members from South Africa Durban University came to our faculty between 05-09.06.2023 within the scope of Erasmus+ Teaching Mobility. In line with the visit plan prepared by the ERASMUS coordinatorship of our faculty, our faculty dean Prof. Dr. An opening speech was made by Sultan AYAZ ALKAYA and the meeting part of our guests with all the faculty members and staff of the department was held. After the opening speech of our dean, our ERASMUS Coordinator Prof. Dr. Şengül YAMAN SÖZBİR made a presentation titled "Health System and Nursing Education in Turkey". Then Prof. “Nursing Education in South Africa” by Thembelihle Sylvia Patience Ngongo and Dr. Presentations on “Health Management System and Health Indicators in South Africa” were made by Nellie Narajee. On the second and third days of the program, the course content on subjects such as quantitative research method, research design, universe and sampling, quantitative method data collection and data analysis, qualitative method was explained to graduate students by the guests. On the fourth day, a social program such as a campus visit of our university, Ankara Castle and a visit to our university hospital was held. The guests especially expressed that they liked our university hospital very much and emphasized that it has the status of a private hospital. On the last day of the program, our guests were allowed to attend the graduation ceremony of our faculty. At the end of the ceremony, mutual wishes, wishes and feedback were received and the guests were sent off.
