"Career Day in Nursing" was organized in cooperation with the Career Planning Commission of the Faculty of Nursing and the Career Planning Application and Research Center as part of the 100th Anniversary of the Founding of our Republic.

In the opening program of the event held in Mimar Kemaleddin Hall, our Rector Prof. Dr. Musa Yıldız, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing Prof. Dr. Sultan Ayaz Alkaya, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Nursing Prof. Dr. Naime Altay and Dr. Instructor Member Özlem Canbolat, Director of Career Planning Application and Research Center Assoc. Dr. Yusuf Günaydın, lecturers and students attended.

After the opening speeches, Faculty Member of Nursing Prof. Dr. Hülya Bulut, with her presentation on "Career Journey", conveyed the career process of the nursing profession to the participants with examples from education and working life. The first session of the Career Day in Nursing Event ended with the interview of Gazi University Hospital, Deputy Director of Nursing Services Arzu Özdemir. The "Career Day Event in Nursing" program, which continued in four sessions during the day, ended with career interviews of leading healthcare institutions experts, Turkish Nurses Association introduction, hospital introductions, and question-answer and interview sections for students.
